Your earning potential goes beyond your billable rate.
Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn a monthly performance-based bonus in addition to their regular compensation. Bonus eligibility is based on applicable productivity and performance expectations, providing an additional opportunity to increase your monthly earnings while being recognized for delivering consistent, high-quality care.
Provide meaningful mental health care to youth and families across Maryland — without the commute, office overhead, or geographic barriers.
Build a part-time schedule around your life. Our highest-need hours are typically weekday afternoons and evenings, 2 PM–9 PM, with weekend availability welcomed.
Social work is about more than what happens inside a therapy session. Support the whole family system through care coordination, resource connection, family education, and attention to social determinants of health.
You won't be on your own. Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Care Coordinators, and other members of our multidisciplinary team.
