Job description

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Cortex AI Sr. Developer / Lead for their Remote (Candidates located in Dallas, TX preferred) location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop enterprise AI solutions using Snowflake Cortex AI.
  • Build and deploy Agentic AI applications leveraging Cortex Agents and orchestration frameworks.
  • Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions using Cortex Search and Vector Search capabilities.
  • Configure and manage Cortex Analyst for Natural Language to SQL implementations.
  • Build semantic models and business layers for AI-driven analytics and self-service reporting.
  • Develop AI pipelines using Snowpark Python, SQL, and REST APIs.
  • Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Mistral, and other foundation models with Snowflake Cortex.
  • Implement intelligent workflows involving multi-step agent reasoning, tool calling, and autonomous task execution.
  • Create secure, governed AI solutions using RBAC, masking policies, row-level security, and enterprise governance standards.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to transform business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide best practices for GenAI development.
