Job Description:

• Ensures financial counseling functions are conducted according to policy and are helpful to all patients fairly.

• Oversees quality assurance measures.

• Completes all assigned reports and projects by the specified date.

• Manages overall ED Registration operations.

• Trains all new staff members.

• Ensures all customer service functions are conducted appropriately.

• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be able to communicate professionally [Required]

• Must be able to use all Microsoft Office Programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook [Required]

• Total Quality Management [Preferred]

• Quality Assurance [Preferred]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

Work Experience:

• 5+ patient access management/supervisor experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [Preferred]
