Our goal is to understand the core factors that drive benefit selection and administration choices in professional environments. The insights gathered will help map out current industry trends and common administrative workflows.
You will complete an 11-minute quantitative survey using our secure online platform. The questionnaire will guide you through multiple-choice and ranking questions regarding your approach to benefit evaluation. You will evaluate various administrative scenarios and select the options that best align with your professional practices. We welcome practicing CPAs, licensed insurance brokers, and benefits consultants who actively advise on or manage employee benefits. Candidates should have direct experience navigating HR policies and benefit plan selections. Professionals working independently or within larger advisory firms are highly encouraged to apply.
