Working under the direction of the GWAC & Contract Vehicle Program Manager, this role executes the administrative, transactional, and compliance-tracking functions that keep each contract vehicle audit-ready and operational by processing modifications, maintaining catalog and pricing accuracy, supporting quote and order reviews, and coordinating reporting deliverables. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented contracts or program administration professional to build deeper expertise in federal contract vehicles and grow into a program management track.

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop training and reference materials for sales teams on GWAC/IDIQ ordering, pricing, and compliance procedures
  • Assist in assembling task order capture materials and coordinating logistics for proposal teams across assigned contract vehicles
  • Maintain tracking logs for contract vehicle utilization, revenue activity, and upcoming compliance deadlines
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of coordination between contract vehicle operations and internal stakeholders
  • Support onboarding activities and documentation setup as BlueAlly’s federal contract vehicle portfolio expands

GSA MAS Contract Administration

  • Maintain GSA catalog and pricing data, tracking updates against source documentation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
  • Review sales quotes submitted through GSA eBuy and other ordering platforms for compliance with contract terms prior to Program Manager sign-off
  • Assist with compiling information to support reporting requirements, product additions, letters of supply, SIN additions, and labor category updates
  • Track compliance documentation related to the Trade Agreements Act (TAA), Price Reductions Clause, and Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) reporting
  • Assist in preparing files and documentation for GSA audits, Contractor Assessment Visits (CAVs), and compliance reviews

NASA SEWP Contract Administration

  • Support administration of the NASA SEWP contract portfolio, including tracking performance metrics, compliance requirements, and modification requests
  • Assist with PMO communications, routine reporting submissions, and maintenance of performance rating documentation
  • Help maintain SEWP catalog listings, technology refresh updates, and competitive pricing data
  • Support coordination with NASA SEWP contracting officers on administrative contract actions and documentation requests

MDA SHIELD IDIQ Administration

  • Monitor task order opportunity postings and route relevant information to the Capture and Proposals teams
  • Assist in tracking compliance with MDA-specific requirements, security provisions, and applicable DFARS clauses
  • Help prepare responses to data calls and coordinate documentation for the MDA Contracting Officer and program office
  • Track task order funding status and contract ceiling utilization, flagging discrepancies to the Program Manager
