The Opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President, Corporate to lead Kensington Corporate’s business development, customer success, and operational teams. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, commercially minded operator who can build scalable systems, coach high-performing teams, strengthen client experience, and drive business results.
Reporting into Kensington Travel leadership, this individual will play a key role in shaping how Kensington Corporate scales, improving productivity, enhancing client retention and share of travel spend, and identifying new opportunities for growth across corporate travel, meetings and events, leisure, and bundled services.

Key Responsibilities

•    Lead business development, customer success, and operations teams to deliver strong sales performance, client satisfaction, and financial results.
•    Build scalable operating models, processes, playbooks, and performance metrics that improve productivity and support growth.
•    Coach leaders and teams to strengthen pipeline management, win rates, customer retention, and account growth.
•    Partner across Kensington Travel and Range Group to drive referrals, cross-sell opportunities, and a consistent client experience.
•    Identify opportunities to improve technology, vendor partnerships, automation, reporting, and knowledge management practices.
•    Act as a trusted advisor to senior client decision makers while representing Kensington Corporate in market-facing opportunities.
•    Help evolve the culture of Kensington Corporate by building trust, strengthening communication, empower team members to make decisions and take ownership while standardizing the process, measurement, and financial discipline required for profitable growth

Qualifications
•    8+ years of experience leading either sales or business operations for corporate travel teams that deliver client-facing business development, customer success, and booking functions
•    Lead, mentor, and develop sales leaders and sales professionals
•    Build and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients
•    Strong systems-thinking capabilities and a track record of solving root-cause problems by building practical solutions
•    Strong business judgment, communication, and influencing skills
•    Comfortable operating in ambiguity, creating clarity, and taking ownership of challenges without an obvious solution
•    Alignment with Kensington Travel's values, including collaborating, taking ownership, building trust, testing & learning, failing fast, giving back, and dealing in facts
