Job Title: Sales & Marketing Operations Associate
Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations Support

  • Coordinate sales enablement materials including presentations, brochures, event collateral, and customer-facing assets.

  • Manage and track sales requests through established internal processes, ensuring timely fulfilment.

  • Support sales-led events, customer engagements, certifications, and related logistics.

  • Coordinate with internal functions such as Finance, Administration, and Marketing to facilitate documentation, invoicing, and operational execution.

  • Maintain records, trackers, and reporting related to sales activities, budgets, collateral, and inventory.

  • Provide operational support to the Engagement team for programme delivery and execution.

Marketing Operations Support

  • Coordinate execution of marketing events, sponsorships, brand activations, and campaigns.

  • Manage vendor interactions for branding, print production, event logistics, and marketing assets.

  • Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, and purchase orders for approved marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain marketing operations dashboards, trackers, and status reports.

  • Support lead management activities, campaign administration, and coordination of customer advocacy initiatives including testimonials, case studies, and video projects.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Engagement, Product, Managing, Marketing, Administration, Finance, vendors, and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure operational excellence through effective prioritisation, communication, and execution.

  • Provide on-ground support for internal and external events as required.

  • Support business critical initiatives and special projects that require cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

· 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, business coordination, administration, or a similar support role.

· Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Excellent attention to detail and execution focus.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CRM platforms, content management systems, or marketing technology solutions is desirable.

· Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions.

· Proactive, resourceful, and customer-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
