We are looking for a Travel Reservation Specialist to assist customers with booking flights, accommodations, and travel services. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight, hotel, and travel reservations for clients

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with travel planning

• Process booking modifications, cancellations, and rebookings

• Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel providers to ensure smooth arrangements

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client preferences

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

What Were Looking For

• Experience in travel reservations, booking coordination, or customer service

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with travel booking systems 

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Knowledge of Australian travel policies and destinations (preferred but not required)
