Senior IT Recruiter - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior IT Recruiter for a full-time, permanent, remote position.

Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 per year + Uncapped commission + Bonus

Position Overview:
This is an opportunity for a driven, competitive recruiting professional to support IT and Business Professional roles across multiple industries nationwide. Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit top IT and business talent nationwide
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit
• Present qualified candidates to clients
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting and offer process
• Stay current on technology trends and market conditions

Primary Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT recruiting experience
• Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills
• Experience working across multiple time zones
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams/Zoom, and ATS systems

Desired Skills:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
