Job Responsibilities

• Work as an individual contributor with hands-on development in VB6 (not a team lead role).
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Windows-based applications using VB6.
• Collaborate with international clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Work with SQL Server to write queries, stored procedures, and perform database operations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing VB6 applications for performance and scalability.
• Ensure code quality and documentation standards are met.
• Be flexible to work in UK shift to overlap with India and US working hours.

Key Requirements

• 3–8 years of hands-on development experience in VB6 (Visual Basic 6.0).
• Strong experience with Windows-based applications.
• Good working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with international clients/stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Willingness to work in UK shift timings.
