• Support development of APIs to enable data exchange and migration.

• Identify and document all data elements requiring mapping between systems, including uncovering data relationships and requirements not already documented.

• Define and document required data transformations and produce fully fleshed-out mapping deliverables suitable for technical and business stakeholders.

• Provide senior-level recommendations on transformation logic, data quality handling, and overall migration approach.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate mapping and transformation decisions.

• Support testing and validation of migrated data for completeness and accuracy.

• Document migration processes, mapping decisions, and lessons learned throughout the engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Working proficiency in coding/scripting (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar) to develop data conversion scripts.

• Familiarity with API concepts and experience supporting API development/integration for system-to-system data exchange.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently uncover data relationships and requirements that aren't already documented.

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, fully fleshed-out mapping documentation and transformation recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) suitability determination.

• Ability to work remotely while residing in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
