CAMPAÑA RETENCIONES /TRABAJO REMOTO/ CON EXPERIENCIA

INICIA: MARTES 18 DE AGOSTO

HORARIO DE CAPACITACIONES : 11 AM A 6PM

¿QUÉ ES LO QUE REALIZARÉ?

  • Contactar a clientes para fidelizarlos y así retenerlos. Brindándole el beneficio que le ofrece otro operador e incentivar una renovación, fija o un cambio de plan

¿CUÁLES SERÁN MIS BENEFICIOS?

- Sueldo básico mensual de S/1130

- Bono de permanencia S/200

- Capacitaciones cortas y pagadas

- Línea de carrera a partir del 3er mes de gestión dentro del servicio.

¿CUÁLES SERÁ MI HORARIO DE TRABAJO?

FULL TIME: Descanso ROTATIVO fines de semana ( sábado o domingo)

RANGO 1 L-D: 9:00am a 07:00pm

RANGO 2 L-D: 11:00am a 09:00pm

RANGO 3 L-D:01:00pm a 10:00pm

FULL SEMI FULL: Descanso ROTATIVO fines de semana ( sábado o domingo)

RANGO 1 L-D: 9:00am a 4:00pm

RANGO 2 L-D: 11am a 6:pm

RANGO 3 L-D: 1:00pm a 8:pm

RANGO 4 L-D: 3:00pm a 10:00pm

¿QUÉ REQUISITOS DEBO CUMPLIR?

Con experiencia en call center ventas, retenciones, atención al cliente, entre otros.

* Secundaria completa o estudios técnicos y/o universitarios en curso o culminados

* Conocimientos en Microsoft office nivel usuario
