About Certara
Certara accelerates the potential of bringing medicines to market and to patients using biosimulation software, technology, and services to transform traditional drug discovery and development. Our clients include more than 2,400 biopharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, and regulatory agencies across 70 countries.
Our goal is to enable the life sciences industryβs use of data, modeling, and analytics to make better decisions across the various phases of discovery and drug development. Our software and scientists incorporate modern advances in scientific understanding, drug development experience, data analysis, and AI resulting in significant opportunities to decrease the cost and increase the probability of success for new drug approval and commercialization.
As Certara continues to grow, our Finance organization plays a critical role in translating that growth into clear, accurate, and timely information β both for the leaders who run the business day to day and for the investors and regulators who rely on our public filings. We're looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting who can move comfortably between both worlds: building the internal management reporting that helps leadership make decisions, and preparing the external SEC reporting that keeps us compliant, transparent, and audit-ready.
This is a dual-mandate role. You'll split your time between the mechanics of quarterly and annual SEC filings and the ongoing rhythm of internal management reporting β supporting board and executive decks, monthly financial packages, and KPI reporting used across the business. You'll work closely with Accounting, FP&A, SEC reporting, and the Business Unit finance leaders, and you'll be a key contributor to how Certara tells its financial story, internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Certara bases all employment-related decision on merit, taking into consideration qualifications, skills, achievement, and performance. We treat all applicants and employees without regard to personal characteristics such as race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, nationality, marital status, pregnancy, physical or mental condition, genetic information, military service, or other characteristic protected by law.
