Supply Chain Operations Associate for a DTC Beauty Brannd (Remote)

Our client is a fast-growing DTC brand in beauty and wellness, using FDA-cleared red light therapy for hair regrowth, skin, and body care. Featured in Forbes, WIRED, Esquire, and Innerbody Research. We are looking for an Operations Associate to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain weekly EOH and sell-through updates; communicate via Slack
• Spot-check planning files, catch formula errors, flag stock-out risks and reorder points
• Support monthly/quarterly forecasts, new SKU setup, and marketing promo syncing
• Track order ETAs and align timelines across teams
• Own daily supplier communication (China, Korea, USA); place orders and confirm delivery dates
• Manage POs in ClickUp and ERP (Fulfil); coordinate with freight forwarders and domestic carriers
• Handle vendor invoices and payment requests
• Partner cross-functionally to drive task completion and production alignment
• Keep PO/shipping status updated for team visibility
• Continuously improve SOPs and document with Loom walkthroughs
• Assist leadership with ad-hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years in supply chain, inventory, or data-heavy ops in fast-paced e-commerce
• Experience coordinating with domestic/international suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs
• Proficient in PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) AND ERP/WMS (Fulfil, NetSuite, Cin7, Sage, etc.)
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) – comfortable with large datasets, complex formulas, and data integrity
• Strong admin, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication
• Ability to multitask, pivot priorities, and align with leadership
• Bonus: experience with AI tools (Claude, Viktor, etc.) for formulas or automations
