We are looking for a Global Professional Engagement Coordinator (Senior Project Specialist) 100% home based in Poland.

Your tasks will be

• Responsible for finalizing all required documentation for a compliant engagement of scientific leader under CSAs.

• Uses internal processes, templates, and system for submission to obtain all required approvals.

• Uses company document repository to maintain all required documentation for CSAs.

• Provides all necessary information to requesting business area and communicates the administrative details to the scientific leader.

• Aligns scientific leader and external vendor to manage logistic.

• Align with EMEAC GMAC GEIME team for administrative support needed in Input and Medical Education meetings.

• Provides oversight to vendor/agencies involved in the planning and execution of activity.

• Accountable for ensuring that assigned system and data repository complies with internal policy and compliance metrics.

From you we expect:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in administrative support to medical affairs and compliance, scientific / medical leader meeting management in pharma.

• Contracting process knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrated project management skills, and compliance knowledge including knowledge of industry compliance rules and requirements.

• Expertise in managing medical/scientific leader engagements and meetings is required.

• Experience using Veeva Vault

• Education required: BA/BS in science, business, administration, healthcare, or related field.

• The ability to travel (intermittent 10 - 20%).

Base Pay Range for Poland: PLN 160,000 to 175,000.

Actual salaries may vary within the range based on several factors including, but not limited to education, training, experience, professional achievement, and location.

In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for participation in Parexel’s annual performance-based bonus plan, annual salary review and total rewards incentives.
