  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $118,000-$120,000 USD Annual. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

The Smartsheet Platform Owner is responsible for administering, optimizing, and supporting the organization’s enterprise Smartsheet platform. This role serves as the primary functional expert for
Smartsheet, partnering with business stakeholders, the Project Management Office (PMO), Information. The Smartsheet Platform Owner develops standards, promotes user adaption maintains governance, and identifies opportunities to improve platform capabilities and operational  efficiency. Operating as an experienced individual contributor, this position provides functional leadership, supports continuous improvement initiatives,  and serves as the primary resource for enterprise Smartsheet capabilities without formal people-management responsibility.
 

Responsibilities
· Serves as the primary administrator and functional subject matter expert for the enterprise Smartsheet
platform.
· Administers the Smartsheet environment, including user access, licensing, permissions, and platform configuration.
· Develops and maintains platform standards, governance, and best practice.
· Monitors platform utilization and recommends improvements that enhance business value and user
experience.
· Develops governance standards for templates, workspaces, Control Center solution, and platform
administration.
· Maintains the platform roadmap by evaluating business needs, user feedback, and Smartsheet product
enhancements.
· Identifies opportunities improve workflows, automation reporting  and platform efficiency.
· Reviews new platform features and recommends enhancements that align with business priorities.
· Partners with business stakeholders, project managers, IT Technology, and
PMO leadership to understand business needs and recommend platform solutions
· Provides functional guidance and consultation regarding Smartsheet capabilities and best practices
· Facilitates discussions to prioritize platform enhancements and resolve user issues.
· Supports enterprise initiatives hat improve project management processes through effective platform utilization.
· Partners with Smartsheet representatives, implementation partners, and technical resources to
support platform enhancements and issue resolution
· Coordinates platform with technical administrators and developers.
· Supports platform upgrades, feature releases, testing , and implementation efforts.
· Monitors vendor support activities and communicates relevant updates to stakeholders.
· Partners with Smartsheet representees, implementing partners, and technical resources to
support platform enhancements and issue resolution
· Coordinates platform configuration activities with technical administrators and developers.
· Supports platform upgrades, feature releases, testing activities and implementation  efforts.
· Monitors vendor support activities and  communicates relevant updates to stakeholders.
· Develops platform  reports, adoption metrics, and operational dashboards.
· Monitors license utilization and provides recommendations for efficient license management.
· Measures platform performance and identifies opportunities for operational improvement.
· Documents platform standards, processes, and best practices
· Supports continuous improvement efforts that enhance platform capabilities and user satisfaction .
· Demonstrates excellent guest service to internal team members.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management
