Job Description:

You Are

A senior technical program leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, carrier operations, data, and business execution. You excel at building relationships, driving complex initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity to successful outcomes.

You can seamlessly move between strategic planning and tactical execution, whether coordinating a major carrier integration, analyzing network performance trends, leading a critical carrier escalation, developing executive-level recommendations, or partnering with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.

You are comfortable working across Carrier Engagement, Engineering, Product, Customer Experience, Analytics, and external carrier organizations. You bring strong program management discipline, technical fluency, operational awareness, and a relentless focus on delivering business results.

You Will

  • Lead strategic carrier engagement initiatives and serve as the primary liaison between Pitney Bowes and external carrier partners throughout onboarding, integration, launch, and ongoing operational performance.
  • Own end-to-end carrier onboarding and integration programs, delivering new carrier capabilities to Pitney Bowes shipping products and platforms from contract execution through production launch.
  • Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, Carrier Partnerships, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, and business outcomes.
  • Translate business objectives and partner requirements into actionable technical and operational plans, coordinating API integrations including rating, labeling, tracking, events, and related carrier technologies.
  • Monitor integration health, operational readiness, and post-launch performance, driving continuous improvement and standardization across carrier onboarding and operational processes.
  • Lead critical carrier escalations, production incidents, and customer-impacting issues, facilitating root-cause analysis and driving timely resolution.
  • Influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights, program governance, and deep expertise in carrier technology, transportation operations, and network platform performance.

Your Background

As an Integration / Technical Program Manager, you have:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Product Operations, Transportation Technology, Logistics Technology, or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycles.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international transportation networks, including parcel, courier, LTL, truckload, and related carrier services.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, ecommerce, shipping, fulfillment, transportation management, or marketplace platforms.
  • Familiarity with carrier technologies including labels, rating, tracking, visibility, and network performance monitoring.
  • Experience with enterprise shipping platforms and cloud-based integration environments.
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum, Agile, or related certifications.

We will:

• Provide the opportunity to grow and develop your career
• Offer an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas
• Deliver challenging and unique opportunities to contribute to the success of a transforming organization
• Offer comprehensive benefits globally (PB Benefits and Wellbeing Programs)
