Job Description

To successfully provide freelance consultations to UK and international clients requiring expertise in the field of human resources and the employee value propositon (EVP).

Principal duties & responsibilities:

  • Providing freelance consultancy services to clients of the organisation;
  • Scheduling regular client introductions; finalising contract negotiations,
  • Providing value-added input to strategy and strategic development in relation to client services;
  • To act in the best interests of the company;
  • Assisting in carrying out the duties of the Managing Directors, such as:
  • Reviewing, and conducting ongoing monitoring of any client proposals put forward by the Managing Directors;
  • Reviewing organisational capability in relation to stated objectives;
  • Reviewing revenue performance against targets;
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of information received;
  • Carrying out functions with due skill, care, and diligence; and
  • Devoting sufficient time to the above responsibilities

Qualifications

A detailed understanding of HRM concepts, frameworks, and models with a specific focus on sustainable finance bourne through extensive higher education and/or practical industry-specific experience.
