Job description

We are hiring an Investor Network Manager to grow the investor side of Paires, the network of family offices and high-net-worth individuals our founders raise from.

Paires is where founders come to raise capital. We pair them with the right investors from a large, engaged global investor network, then our agents manage the relationships that turn into meetings. It is a two-sided platform, live with paying clients, profitable and self-funded, built by a small, senior, flat team that ships fast.

The role

The network in your title is the heart of the platform, and your job is to grow it. The craft is allocator trust. You find the right family offices and HNWIs, earn the first conversation, and become the person whose calls get answered within a day. Month after month you open new relationships, match investors to live mandates, brief them properly before every meeting, and keep your book warm through honest work that never pushes.

If you have this craft, you have a book to show for it, and that book will let you contribute in your first weeks here. What Paires adds is everything a lone operator cannot offer their investors: a steady flow of curated opportunities, each one briefed and followed through. Your relationships become more valuable inside the platform, and the ones you build here compound on top. One thing this seat is not: technical. Our engineers build the platform and the agents. You work inside them, so your hours go to investors instead of admin.

What you will own

  • Your book. The allocator relationships you bring, plus the ones you build here, qualified, mapped, and kept active.

  • Growth on two tracks. Warm additions through your circle and referrals, and new allocators you open from scratch, from first touch to first allocation.

  • Mandate matching. The right investors paired with live deals, briefed before every meeting, their feedback captured after.

  • The standard. Your investors answer you within a day because you have earned it.

You are a fit if you

  • Know how to earn an allocator's trust and have done it before, in wealth management, private banking, a family office, placement, or your own advisory practice, and hold an active network of family offices and HNWIs to show for it.

  • Built that book yourself and can do it again. You have a working method for opening allocator relationships from nothing, and your network's origin story proves it.

  • Can contribute early. Your relationships are current and warm enough that mandate-fit allocators will take a call on your word.

  • Know direct deals. Your investors allocate to US startups at the growth stage, wherever in the world those investors sit, and you speak their screening language of thesis, check size, structure, and downside.

  • Qualify honestly. You can tell an allocator who deploys from one who takes polite meetings, and you protect everyone's time accordingly.

  • Treat discretion as a reflex. Names, allocations, and conversations stay confidential, always.

  • Work like it's 2026. You run your pipeline, briefs, and follow-ups inside modern AI tooling, so your hours go to relationships instead of admin.

What we offer

Fully remote and async. Your day overlaps with US Eastern time for a few hours, not full US hours. Meetings batch on Mondays and Thursdays, the rest is deep work. The best AI tooling, paid. A live deal flow your investors will thank you for, and a platform that multiplies what one person with good relationships can do alone.
