CYBRET AI

CYBRET AI builds the semantic context your security tools are missing. We model your environment as a knowledge graph of services, authorization boundaries, data flows, and behavioral contracts, so logic vulnerabilities surface as contradictions in meaning, not patterns in code.

About CYBRET AI

CYBRET AI is building Autonomous Security Infrastructure for modern organizations operating in complex, distributed, cloud-native environments.

Our ambition is to move cybersecurity away from reactive, human-dependent workflows and toward continuous, intelligent, autonomous security. We design systems that combine human judgment where it matters with fully autonomous decision-making where speed, scale, and precision are required.

We make a strict distinction between automation and autonomy. CYBRET AI does not rely on static rules or predefined playbooks. We build systems that understand context, reason over attack surfaces and exposure, assess real-world consequences, and take risk-based decisions.

Our primary focus is Exposure and Vulnerability Management as a decision system, not a reporting layer.

About the Role

This is a senior-level product engineering role for someone who wants to own problems end-to-end.

As a Product Engineer at CYBRET AI, you will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and user experience. You will turn complex security and AI concepts into usable, reliable, and high-quality product experiences.

You will ship features from idea to production, collaborate closely with design and research, and help define how users interact with autonomous security systems.

Responsibilities

Product Engineering

Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and APIs
Translate product requirements and user needs into well-designed technical solutions
Own features from concept, implementation, and deployment to iteration and improvement

User Experience & Product Quality

Work closely with design to ensure clarity, usability, and consistency
Build interfaces for complex, data-dense security workflows
Continuously improve product ergonomics, performance, and reliability

Platform & Systems

Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and data flows supporting the product
Work with distributed systems and modern cloud infrastructure
Ensure features are secure, observable, and production-ready

Collaboration & Ownership

Partner closely with product, design, AI, and security teams
Contribute to product discovery and technical decision-making
Help set engineering standards and raise product quality across the company

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience building production software as a product-focused engineer
Comfortable working across the stack or deep in one area with product ownership
Strong product intuition and ability to reason about user needs
Solid software engineering fundamentals and system design skills
Ability to operate independently and ship high-quality work

Experience with cybersecurity, developer tools, AI-driven products, or data-intensive systems is a strong plus, but not required.

How We Work

CYBRET AI operates fully remote.
The team is currently based in Norway, but we hire internationally.

We value ownership, clarity, and execution.
Engineers at CYBRET AI are expected to think in systems, not tickets.

A strong shipping mindset is essential. Product engineering here means delivering real value to users, not just writing code.

This is an early-stage startup. The pace is high, structure evolves continuously, and impact is real.

Culture and Benefits

Monthly team gatherings such as weekend trips, cabin stays, and social events
Dedicated budget for learning, courses, and professional development

Small, highly skilled, talent-dense team
Ambition to scale without sacrificing quality or depth
