Job description

What can you expect?

We are looking for a curious, self-organized working student. You’ll be responsible for a dedicated area of our product, actively shaping its development. You’ll work hands-on in an agile, innovative team, gaining practical experience in all facets of product management. You’ll be mentored and trained directly by our Head of Product. Your tasks include: 

  • Collection and consolidation of user feedback to improve product features and workflows

  • Documentation of features and user requirements for developers and data engineers

  • Preparation of briefings for designers to create prototypes and UX/UI designs 

  • Product testing to ensure functionality and usability

What are we looking for?

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Innovation Management, Product Management, Design, or a related field

  • Fluent in German (our product is in German)

  • Minimum availability 6 months from starting date 

  • Prior internship experience in product management, startups, or the healthcare industry is a plus

  • Ability to work independently, ask critical questions and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

  • First experience with or strong willingness to learn about:

    • Agile software development & product management 

    • User research & user-centric software development 

  • Location: remote-first, offices in Munich, Berlin and Neckarsulm
