Virtus Jiu-Jitsu ist ein führendes Dresdner Jiu-Jitsu Gym, das Wert auf eine starke Gemeinschaft und hochqualitatives Training legt. Um unsere wachsende Community noch besser zu erreichen, suchen wir einen kreativen und engagierten Social Media Manager, der unser Gym auf den Plattformen Facebook, Instagram und TikTok wirkungsvoll präsentiert.

Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Veröffentlichung von visuell ansprechenden Fotos und Videos, die Einblicke in das Training, unsere Kurse und das Gym bieten.
  • Entwicklung von Content-Strategien zur Steigerung der Reichweite und Interaktion auf den Plattformen Facebook, Instagram und TikTok.
  • Aktives Engagement mit unserer Online-Community durch Kommentare, Nachrichten und gezielte Interaktionen.
  • Regelmäßige Analyse und Reporting der Social Media Performance, um den Erfolg der Inhalte zu messen und zu optimieren.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, um neue Ideen und Trends in der Kampfsportwelt für die Social-Media-Kanäle umzusetzen.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Social Media Management und Content Creation, idealerweise in der Fitness- oder Sportbranche.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Foto- und Videobearbeitungstools (z.B. Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
  • Kreativität und Gespür für aktuelle Social Media Trends, insbesondere auf Instagram und TikTok.
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig Projekte zu managen.
  • Interesse an Jiu-Jitsu oder Kampfsport ist von Vorteil.
