Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Medical Communication Associate to support the development of scientific deliverables. This entry-level role is ideal for life science graduates/postgraduates looking to build foundational experience in medical communications. Prior medical or therapy-area expertise is not required.



Key Responsibilities: Content Assembly & Formatting • Provide tactical support in assembling slide decks/modules using globally approved materials from the MLR asset library. • Format and structure content accurately and professionally using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Quality & Compliance Review • Ensure completeness and alignment of final outputs with global assets and/or the shared tactical plan. • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and adherence to approved references and templates. Cross-functional Coordination • Work closely with senior medical writers and the medical team to ensure accuracy and clarity of content. • Communicate proactively to track progress, clarify requirements, and meet project timelines.



Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: • MPharm, MSc/Masters equivalent, PharmD Experience: • 0–1 year of professional experience (freshers are welcome). • Experience or comfort working with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Language: • Must have Proficiency in English (oral and written). • Must have Proficiency in a French (oral and written) Other Skills: • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to follow structured guidance and work with approved materials. • Good communication and time-management skills. Preferred Attributes • Eagerness to learn and grow within medical communications. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 


Compensation: Base salary range is $55k-60K CAD
