Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Mindsets is seeking a dynamic and intellectually curious Associate Business Analyst (ABA) to join our consulting team. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates with a strong academic background, analytical thinking, and a passion for solving complex business challenges. As an ABA, you will work alongside experienced consultants, contribute to high-impact projects, and gain hands-on experience across diverse industries and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and gather data on various industries, markets, and companies.
• Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information to generate meaningful insights.
• Structure findings in clear visual formats and assist in preparing client-ready presentations.
• Support the creation of financial models and cash flow projections.
• Assist in building optimization and decision-making models.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver structured problem-solving approaches.
• Participate in client meetings and engage with industry experts to validate research.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and documentation.
• Travel as required for project delivery and client engagements.
  

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering from a recognized academic institution.
• Fresh graduate with strong academic achievement and demonstrated analytical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of programming languages or data analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and manage time efficiently.
• Proven leadership and initiative through extracurricular or volunteer involvement.
