Job Summary:

Mindsets is seeking a dynamic and intellectually curious Associate Business Analyst (ABA) to join our consulting team. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates with a strong academic background, analytical thinking, and a passion for solving complex business challenges. As an ABA, you will work alongside experienced consultants, contribute to high-impact projects, and gain hands-on experience across diverse industries and functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and gather data on various industries, markets, and companies.
  • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information to generate meaningful insights.
  • Structure findings in clear visual formats and assist in preparing client-ready presentations.
  • Support the creation of financial models and cash flow projections.
  • Assist in building optimization and decision-making models.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Participate in client meetings and engage with industry experts to validate research.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge development and documentation.
  • Travel as required for project delivery and client engagements.
