Job description

Overview: The EVP, Revenue at Tulip is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across all revenue-generating functions. Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of success in scaling revenue in a SaaS environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies to achieve company goals and targets, including but not limited to:
    • Identifying market opportunities and defining target segments.
    • Creating pricing models and strategies to optimize revenue streams.
    • Implementing effective sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing revenue team, including sales, marketing, and business development functions, to ensure alignment with revenue objectives and company values.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, development, and other relevant teams to enhance product-market fit and continuously improve offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor revenue performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage annual revenue budgets, forecasts, and plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and financial targets.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach, drive revenue growth, and enhance the company's competitive positioning.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the company, representing Tulip at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
