Role:

The Demand Generation Manager is the operational hub of elev8.io's inbound demand generation engine. This role ensures that content, marketing automation, SEO, social distribution, PR, paid media coordination, and analytics all work together to drive predictable pipeline.


This role owns the connective tissue — making sure ideas move from strategy into coordinated, cross-functional execution on-schedule. Success in this role is defined by consistent content output, functioning automation systems, on-time campaign launches, and measurable growth in organic traffic and marketing-qualified leads.


Core Responsibilities by Category

Marketing Automation

  • Own ActiveCampaign as the internal platform expert.
  • Build and optimize email nurture campaigns, newsletter workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and customer journeys.
  • Maintain landing page forms, automation sequences, and lead routing.
  • Monitor and report on automation campaign performance.

Content Operations

  • Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate briefs with content writers.
  • Review drafts for quality, upload and format blog posts on the website, and optimize formatting, internal linking, CTAs, and SEO metadata.
  • Publish and update content on an ongoing basis.
  • Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcast episodes) into blog articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, video scripts, short-form reels, quote graphics, and sales collateral.

Social Media Distribution

  • Coordinate content publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence aligned with the content calendar.

SEO & Website Coordination

  • Support the SEO team by publishing optimized pages, uploading blogs, organizing internal linking, and optimizing metadata.
  • QA website updates and coordinate new landing pages.
  • Monitor content performance and flag opportunities to the SEO team.

PR & Backlink Outreach

  • Support guest post outreach, podcast opportunities, and industry publication placements.
  • Coordinate backlink campaigns, partner co-marketing, and directory opportunities.

Campaign Coordination

  • Ensure landing pages, creative, and tracking are ready ahead of campaign launches across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and YouTube Ads.
  • Coordinate with the paid media team to keep assets organized and campaigns launching on schedule (without owning media buying directly).

Sales Enablement

  • Coordinate production of white papers, case studies, ROI calculators, pitch decks, sales one-pagers, industry reports, and executive playbooks.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website traffic, organic growth, email engagement, landing page conversion, and lead source attribution.
  • Turn marketing performance data into actionable next steps for the content and campaign calendar.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or content coordination.
  • Experience with ActiveCampaign or HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, social scheduling platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders.
