Partner Success Representative 

Sales  •  Alberta   •  Full-Time

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 base salary

Optiom is hiring a Partner Success Representative to support our growing Alberta region. You will be a key presence with our broker partners: developing relationships, delivering product training, and driving growth through the channels that matter most.

You Bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners and stakeholders
  • A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with creative thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and territory independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales is considered an asset


Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with the Alberta broker market
  • Experience delivering product training in person or virtually
  • Background in insurance, automotive finance, or specialty products
  • Understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics in Alberta
  • Active General Level 1 Insurance License already in hand
