IFS Cloud / Oracle PL/SQL Developer - Remote Work Type

About the project

We are looking for an IFS Cloud / Oracle PL/SQL Developer for our Polish client, a manufacturer of modern acoustic pods and soundproofing solutions for offices. The role involves developing and maintaining IFS Cloud solutions that support the company’s key business processes.

This is a direct placement project - not outsourcing!

Responsibilities

• You will be developing and maintaining solutions within the IFS Cloud system, supporting the organization’s business processes and ongoing IT transformation initiatives;
• You will be designing, modifying, and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages, as well as analyzing and resolving system errors;
• You will be creating and maintaining reports using IFS Report Designer, providing business users with reliable information that supports their day-to-day operations and decision-making;
• You will be developing and maintaining system integrations using REST API, XML, and JSON, while cooperating with the IT team, business users, and process owners;
• You will be supporting business users and participating in the standardization and continuous improvement of IT solutions and development practices.

Requirements

• Practical experience with IFS Cloud is required; experience limited to IFS Applications 10 will not be sufficient for this position;
• Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Database, including the ability to develop and modify queries, procedures, and packages;
• Familiarity with integration technologies and data formats, particularly REST API, JSON, and XML;
• Experience in report development using IFS Report Designer or a similar reporting solution;
• Understanding of business processes in at least one of the following areas: manufacturing, finance, warehousing, logistics, or HR;
• Good command of English, sufficient to work effectively with technical documentation;
• Basic knowledge of Java is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of Marble or IFS Developer Studio is considered an advantage;
• Experience with Git repositories and an understanding of version control concepts, including branching and pull requests, is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of clean code principles and basic familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies are considered an advantage;
• Awareness of AI tools supporting software development, such as code assistants or code analysis tools, is considered an advantage.

We offer

• Salary: 26 000 – 28 000 PLN netto / B2B.
