In this role, you will help Danish-speaking travelers navigate bookings, reservations, itineraries, and cancellations, making their holiday dreams smooth and stress-free.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer care via phone and email regarding hotel bookings, flight itineraries, and travel packages.
• Assist clients with changes to their reservations, refunds, and special travel requests.
• Troubleshoot real-time booking issues or cancellations calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer service while meeting individual performance goals.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Danish (written and spoken) and fluent English.
• Strong interest in hospitality, travel, geography, or tourism services.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece.

• Attractive Salary: €1,300 – €1,600 Gross / Month.
