Job description

Our client, a global leader in customer experience solutions, is partnering with one of the world's largest online travel platforms. We are looking for a Croatian/English-Speaking Travel Agent to join their team in Athens, either on-site or remotely. In this role, you'll support travelers and accommodation partners worldwide, ensuring smooth booking experiences and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer and partner queries via phone, email, and chat in both Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian and English
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general travel-related issues
  • Provide guidance on platform tools, policies, and procedures
  • Log all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and follow-up
  • Identify issues, resolve them quickly, and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy, particularly in stressful situations
  • Consistently meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian and English (verbal and written)
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
