About the Role
We are seeking an AI Agent Specialist to own, operate, and optimize production AI agents. You'll design experiments, run model and prompt comparisons, tune search and retrieval, and push data quality higher as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who lives in prompts, agents, and evals, and thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate a fleet of production AI agents end-to-end
• Continuously improve prompts, orchestration, and outputs
• Build and run experimentation processes (A/B testing, evals, comparisons)
• Optimize models, costs, and search APIs for accuracy and efficiency
• Partner with data teams to raise AI-generated output quality
• Support adjacent AI projects (customer support agents, internal tools)
• Monitor agent performance, set up alerts, and maintain QA processes
• Produce clear documentation and enable teammates to operate agents safely

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of AI agents or automations (videos, demos, repos required)
• Strong prompt engineering experience, including multi-agent setups
• Experience designing evaluations and driving measurable improvements
• Hands-on with agent/prompt/automation platforms (Airtable, Zapier, Latitude, etc.)
• Excellent written English for AI-generated outputs
• Startup mentality: independent, fast-moving, iterative

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/automation in music, media, or entertainment workflows
• Experience operating agents in production
• Familiarity with tools like n8n or Zapier
