Dein Daily Business:

  • Technischer Sparringspartner: Du analysierst Kundenprozesse und entwirfst CX-Architekturen, die CCaaS, Generative AI, NLU/NLP sowie Voice-Bots clever vernetzen.

  • Storyteller mit Tiefgang: Du führst Live-Demos durch, baust Proof-of-Concepts und erklärst komplexe Set-ups verständlich ganz ohne Buzzword-Bullshit.

  • Brückenbauer: Du koordinierst Sales-, Product- und Dev-Teams, damit Vision und Umsetzung perfekt ineinandergreifen.

  • Trend-Scout: Du trackst Markt- und Tech-Trends (Prompt Engineering, Real-Time Speech Analytics etc.) und bringst frische Features aktiv ins Portfolio ein.
