Our Team

The Product Management team is responsible for developing innovative products and services that drive meaningful outcomes and deliver exceptional experiences for both potential and current students. Our goal is to accelerate growth by optimizing acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies. In addition to student-facing solutions, our team also develops products and technologies to enhance the performance of our Contact Center, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and improved student engagement.

About the Role
Were looking for a Lead UX Designer to drive the strategic vision and hands-on execution of UX initiatives across Aprendes digital products. You will be the voice of the user, advocate for intuitive experiences, and play a key role in shaping our product roadmap in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Research, and Commercial teams.

Youre a strategic thinker who also enjoys getting into the details. You thrive in ambiguity, stay ahead of design and tech trends (especially AI-powered tools), and constantly seek ways to improve the user experience through data and experimentation.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Define and lead the execution of our UX strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Develop UX roadmaps and partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
  • Identify and track key UX metrics to measure and improve user experience.
  • Represent the voice of the user in product and business decisions.
  • Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Leverage and evolve our design system and style guides.
  • Translate research insights into compelling user flows and intuitive interactions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up to date with AI tools and design innovations to optimize design output and workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • A strategic mindset with strong execution skills you can zoom out and in.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Marvel, or similar tools.
  • Experience with user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with an eye for detail.
  • Comfortable using or learning AI design tools and automation platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with other UX, Research, and Product roles.
  • Intermediate or higher level of English.
