COMPANY PROFILE
Sporticulture is a sports licensing and consumer products company operating at the intersection of sports fandom, lifestyle, and everyday retail. We design, develop, and distribute officially licensed merchandise across some of the most recognized leagues and programs in professional and collegiate sports -- including the NFL, MLB, NHL, and major NCAA organizations.
Our mission is to bring team pride into the products fans use every day. From home decor to seasonal collections, Sporticulture connects passionate sports fans with high-quality, officially licensed consumer goods that reflect their loyalty to the teams they love.
We operate in a retail-driven environment where strong execution across Walmart systems (Retail Link and Supplier One), compliance, and data accuracy are critical to success.
Product Lines
Sporticulture's product portfolio spans multiple consumer lifestyle categories, each designed to showcase team loyalty in everyday environments:
Retail Distribution
Sporticulture products are available through premier national retail and e-commerce partners including Walmart, Amazon, Rally House, Kroger, Target, Fanatics, and other major retailers -- reaching millions of sports fans across the United States through both in-store and online channels.
Our Walmart business relies heavily on Retail Link and Supplier One for item setup, supplier onboarding, compliance management, and ongoing account operations.
JOB SUMMARY
Sporticulture is seeking a Retail Link Consultant to support Walmart retail operations by analyzing data, optimizing inventory performance, and improving overall account efficiency using the Walmart Retail Link platform.
This role includes the full lifecycle of Walmart account setup -- from new item creation and supplier onboarding to factory compliance and system configuration -- followed by ongoing management of purchase orders, shipments, and account health.
This is an analytical and insight-driven role, best suited for a detail-oriented professional with proven hands-on experience navigating Walmart Retail Link.
You will monitor inventory across multiple product categories, identify trends and risks, and deliver clear, actionable reporting that helps Sporticulture optimize its Walmart account performance.
The ideal candidate goes beyond basic reporting -- you proactively surface insights, flag issues before they escalate, and collaborate across operations, supply chain, and sales to drive smarter retail execution. If you are highly organized, data-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing national retail account.
