Junior Full Stack Mobile App Developer (iOS & Android)

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Mobile App Developer to join our growing team and help bring an exciting mobile application to market.

The application is already in development, and your primary responsibility will be to work alongside our design and leadership team to complete the remaining development, prepare the app for launch, and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements after release.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developer looking to gain hands-on experience across the full app lifecycle, from final development and testing through to launch, support, and future feature enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Continue development of an existing mobile application.
• Assist with finalising features and functionality prior to launch.
• Build, test, and maintain iOS and Android app components.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI Designer to implement new screens and user experiences.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and user-reported problems.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance before releases.
• Assist with App Store and Google Play Store submissions.
• Monitor app performance and implement ongoing improvements.
• Support future updates, enhancements, and new feature releases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in mobile app development.
• Experience developing iOS and/or Android applications.
• Knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Flutter, or React Native.
• Understanding of API integrations and backend connectivity.
• Basic understanding of databases and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience publishing apps to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Firebase experience.
• Knowledge of push notifications and analytics tools.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Exposure to both front-end and back-end development.
