What you would do as our AR Accountant

You would be part of our accounting team and be responsible for customer accounts.

 

You would also:
• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances, create and maintain customer master data and prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable aging reports.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries and reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate ledger balances.
• Perform regular AR account reconciliation and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
• Participate in finance projects and system improvements.

 

The skills and experience you need 

We are looking for someone who:
• Has bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field and has 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or General Accounting.
• Has experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or similar and strong accounting knowledge.
• Has good understanding of credit management and collections processes.
• Has advanced Excel skills.
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail and accuracy.
