Description du poste

This position can be performed remotely for candidates based in Northern Portugal.

Depending on your background and experience, you could join one of the following teams:

Data Engineer

You will play a key role in building and scaling our new modern data platform, supporting Data, BI and future AI use cases across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining data pipelines using tools such as Databricks, dbt, Airbyte and Airflow.
• Contributing to data platform architecture and modeling.
• Developing reliable, tested and reusable data transformations.
• Delivering trusted datasets to BI and Analytics teams.
• Contributing to data engineering standards, documentation and quality.

We are looking for professionals with 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, strong SQL skills, knowledge of Python and data modeling, and experience with cloud environments.
 

Data Integration Engineer

You will play a key role in ensuring data integration and interoperability across Ayming's systems, while contributing to our Data & AI transformation and the Aym-otion migration project.

You will work on:

• Designing and maintaining data integration and migration pipelines.
• Data mapping and data quality management.
• Integration using APIs, ETL/ELT and event streaming.
• Supporting embedded BI solutions.
• Working closely with business and IT teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

We are looking for professionals with 2+ years of experience in Data Integration, Analytics Engineering or BI, with knowledge of APIs, ETL/ELT, cloud environments and integration tools.
 

Program Manager – HR & Finance IT

You will lead Ayming's HR IT transformation program, with the scope expected to expand to Finance IT applications from 2027.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading Workday HCM implementation milestones.
• Coordinating Workday integrators and internal HR, Finance, IT and Data & AI teams.
• Managing milestones, dependencies, risks and budgets.
• Leading governance and steering committees with senior stakeholders.
• Supporting change management and adoption of new solutions.
• Contributing to the HR & Finance IT roadmap.

We are looking for professionals with 6+ years of experience in IT Program or Project Management, international deployment experience and the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
