Job Description

  • Design, maintain and improve CI/CD platforms and supporting infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments
  • Review and update application and infrastructure designs to ensure scalability, security, performance and operational efficiency
  • Design, maintain and improve container platforms based on Kubernetes technologies, including Azure and Rancher/RKE2 environments
  • Develop reusable CI/CD pipelines, templates and automation solutions for application and infrastructure delivery
  • Create and maintain automation scripts to support build, release, deployment and platform operations processes
  • Package and deploy applications using Helm charts and Kubernetes-native deployment mechanisms
  • Ensure repeatable, reliable and maintainable deployment processes across development and operational environments
  • Administer, maintain and upgrade CI/CD platform components, including application servers and build agents
  • Provide technical support and guidance to development teams on CI/CD platform usage and deployment processes
  • Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer activities related to CI/CD tools, DevOps practices and platform capabilities
  • Collect, analyse and report platform metrics, including cycle time, time-to-value, uptime, error rates and CI/CD platform usage

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience working with CI/CD platforms, including at least 3 years in Azure DevOps Server administration and at least 2 years deploying applications on Kubernetes environments
  • Minimum education level 6 degree (Bachelor's)
  • At least 1 certification among:
    • Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
    • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
    • or equivalent, internationally recognized certification
  • Expert knowledge of Azure DevOps Server and Azure DevOps Services administration
  • Excellent knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design, configuration and automation practices
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and best practices, including automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, feedback loops and fail-fast methodologies
  • Excellent knowledge of application containerization, packaging and deployment on Kubernetes clusters, including Helm charts, operators and deployment pipelines
  • Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies, such as Terraform or Puppet
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in English; collaboration and documentation skills

  • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
