Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Update and maintain servicemax, salesforce, LOTS and other records to assure accurate data.
  • Collect purchase orders and ensure timely invoicing of service contracts and Time and Materials; to achieve financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales teams and Technical Service teams to generate time and material quotations for non-contract customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries coming in by Phone, internal shared inboxes and emails efficiently.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure service sales opportunities, working within established processes / tools and team members.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales teams and Technical Service teams to generate time and material quotations for non-contract customers.

About you:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Strong administrative background with experience in Servicemax and SFDC as being a Plus
  • Experience in LOTS is an advantage.
  • Ambitious, determined, and proactive in reaching targets.
  • Confident working independently and in collaboration with a team.
  • Meticulous and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and punctuality in all tasks.
  • Experience in Service Selling and/or Administration is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are required
  • Additional proficiency in French, Spanish and/or Italian is highly desirable. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in German and English and can communicate effectively in one or more of these additional languages, both verbally and in writing.
