Job description

As a People Partner at Patrianna Limited, you'll be right at the heart of shaping our People function in a fast-moving iGaming environment.

Role Overview: We're looking for a results-driven People Partner to join our growing team - someone who's a strategic thinker, genuinely enjoys innovating People practices, and wants to help build a workplace culture people actually want to be part of.

Key Responsibilities

At the core of this role are two things: being a true partner to the business, and owning employee relations end to end. Everything else - policy, data, engagement - builds out from there. What does that look like day to day?

Partnering

  • Partner directly with the Head of HR, managers and department heads to understand what the business needs and shape people plans that support it - from workforce planning to org design.

  • Be a go-to for managers, coaching them through difficult conversations, performance feedback and conflict resolution, and helping them address concerns before they become bigger issues.

Employee Relations

  • Own the ER caseload, supporting managers through complex employee relations issues - conducting investigations and recommending fair, compliant outcomes.

  • Advise managers on policy and local employment law across jurisdictions, so decisions are consistent, fair and legally sound wherever our people are based.

There isn't one day that looks the same for a People Partner, and beyond partnering and ER, a few other things round out the role:

Policy & Compliance

  • Support drafting, updating and rolling out People policies, keeping us aligned with changing global employment laws and our own objectives.

Data & Insight

  • Dig into people metrics, turnover, engagement and the like, to spot trends and propose proactive solutions.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Champion our culture and values, owning employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives.

  • Keep a pulse on how people are feeling through check-ins and surveys, turning what you hear into real retention and engagement plans.

  • Team up with the wider People function (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning & Development) to roll out company-wide programs smoothly and make the employee experience better all round.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Requirements: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or solid and proven HR experience.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in iGaming is a real plus - it gives you a head start on the specific challenges and opportunities in this sector.

ER and Legal Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing complex employee relations cases, a strong grasp of global employment law, and the confidence to navigate multiple jurisdictions.

Communication Excellence: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you can negotiate and influence effectively at every level of the organization.

Remote Work Adaptability: Comfortable managing remote teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and able to adapt and innovate when things get ambiguous.

Why Join Patrianna Limited?

Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment that keeps you on your toes.

Global Interaction: Work with a diverse, international team and grow your global professional exposure.

Empowering Workplace: Be part of an organization built on an empowering, inclusive and positive work atmosphere.
