Noc Analyst

This is a remote position.

Position : Noc Analyst
Experience: 4-10 years 

Work mode: Remote

Notice :15-20 days or Immediate 

Five days working 2 days off

Timings: 11:15pm – 7:15am EST

• Required Skills:
  
  NOC 24*7 operations
• Production Support
  
• Cloud Technologies:GCP or GKE most of them don’t have so check for AWS or azure if they have GCP that’s good!
  
• AppDynamics or similar APM platforms:
  
• Splunk or similar log-management platforms
  
• SolarWinds or similar infrastructure/network monitoring
  
• Jira / Jira Service Management
  
• OpsGenie or similar alerting/on-call platforms:
  
• Kubernetes
  
  

Required / Strongly Preferred

• Experience in a 24x7 NOC, operations, production support, or similar environment.
  
• Experience monitoring critical production systems.
  
• Experience with incident triage and escalation.
  
• Experience participating in or coordinating major incident bridges.
  
• Cloud technology experience; GCP/GKE preferred.
  
• Application and infrastructure monitoring experience.
  
• Experience working with logs and monitoring data.
  
• Understanding of basic application, infrastructure, and network concepts.
  
• Ability to correlate information across multiple monitoring systems.
  
• Experience with enterprise alerting and monitoring platforms.
