About the Job:

We are looking for a Workforce Planning & Resource Management Officer to join our client's team and support workforce planning and resource allocation across technical and consulting teams. In this role, you will help monitor workforce capacity, coordinate resource assignments, and maintain staffing data to ensure projects are adequately resourced. You will work closely with delivery managers, project managers, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to support efficient workforce utilization in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support workforce planning activities by monitoring resource availability, capacity, and staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate resource assignments based on project needs, employee availability, and business priorities.
  • Maintain and update resource allocation, utilization, and workforce planning records.
  • Work closely with delivery managers and project managers to support project staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring requirements based on workforce forecasts and resource gaps.
  • Monitor employee utilization, bench capacity, and project allocations, and prepare regular workforce reports.
  • Assist in forecasting workforce demand to support hiring and resource planning activities.
  • Ensure workforce planning data is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance resource planning and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare workforce planning reports, dashboards, and other management reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Workforce Planning, Resource Management, or a related role, preferably within an IT Consulting or Technology company.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management principles.
  • Experience coordinating with delivery teams, project managers, or business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using workforce planning, project management, or resource management tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
