IT Manager

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an IT Manager for their Gaming studios in Bogota, Colombia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain IT systems, including firewalls, routers, servers, and storage.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, VLANs, routing protocols, and VPNs
• Manage DHCP, DNS, load balancing, and optimize network performance and scalability
• Oversee server (Windows/Linux) performance, backups, disaster recovery, and data integrity
• Implement and manage security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
• Lead IT teams, ensure 24x7 system availability, and manage incident response
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, managing budgets and resources

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken
  
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role
• Extensive experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and server management
• Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), NAT, VLANs, and network security
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
• Experience with Linux systems
• Proven ability to manage a 24x7 IT support environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), would be considered a plus
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, would be considered a plus
• ITIL Foundation certification, would be considered a plus
