Team Manager (Russian or English) - Customer Suport

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for Russian or English-speaking Team Manager to join their their team in Riga.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities to team members
• Lead the team by enhancing skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, analytics, and technical areas
• Establish clear objectives and collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for achieving results
• Oversee projects that involve quantitative analysis, industry research, and development initiatives
• Identify actionable insights and make recommendations through clear and effective communication
• Ensure consistent quality and productivity across all channels, maintaining performance according to service level metrics
• Quickly adjust to shifts in workflows, processes, procedures, and product features

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Russian or English (at least C1 level), both written and oral 
• Significant experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing teams
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• High level of integrity demonstrated in both personal and professional settings
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
