Audio Visual Manager - iGaming Sector

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an Audio Visual Manager for their Gaming studios in Bogota, Colombia.

Position: Audio Visual Manager

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install and test new facilities and equipment
• Maintain equipment used in video production, broadcasting, and interactive media
• Set up and oversee audio-visual connections between units
• Diagnose and repair technical issues in equipment and systems
• Minimize service disruptions by promptly identifying and implementing alternative solutions when equipment fails
• Set up and operate equipment and transmission links for outside broadcasts.
• Design and install custom audio-visual circuits
• Design and build hardware and systems
• Promote and apply best practices for workplace health and safety
• Interpret and act on instructions and requests from product owners, creative directors, and team members
• Communicate effectively with team members and colleagues
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements by networking with contacts and exploring new systems and techniques

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken
  
• In-depth understanding of photography principles, including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, exposure, and camera lenses
• Experience in electronic engineering and operating communication equipment
• Advanced proficiency in operating video cameras
• Advanced expertise in using production video switchers
• Experience with live chroma keying techniques
• Strong understanding of SDI infrastructure
• Adequate color vision and hearing capabilities
• Proficient in IT and project management
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Effective time management skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
• Ability to stay composed and focused under pressure
