Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat for reservations and travel bookings.
- Process hotel, flight, and tour reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Update booking details, manage customer requests, and assist with travel documentation.
- Coordinate with travel agents, tour operators, and accommodation providers.
- Maintain and update product listings across multiple platforms.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless booking experience.

What Were Looking For:

- Experience in the travel, reservations, or customer service industry is a plus!
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using Google Suite, reservation platforms, and online tools.
- Fast internet connection and a quiet home office setup.

Schedule:

First 4 Weeks (Training Period): Monday Friday, 11 AM 7 PM (Philippine Time)
5th Week Onwards: Thursday Monday, 2 PM 10 PM (Philippine Time)

Technology & Tools Used:

- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Customlinc (Reservation System)
- HubSpot, Xero, Rezdy
- WhatsApp, 3CX, Deputy
