Job description

Position: NDIS Quality and Compliance Officer 
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Engagement: Full-time, Independent Contractor

About the Role

ProSource is looking for an experienced Quality and Compliance Officer to support one of our NDIS provider clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in NDIS compliance, is highly detail-oriented, and can work independently to ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure all policies and procedures are current and compliant with NDIS standards.

Review participant documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Assist with intake processes and verify that all required documentation is in place.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.

Use PRODA (or the new NDIS portal) to submit Reportable Incidents and complete weekly reporting.

Prepare and submit Reportable Incidents, Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a Quality and Compliance role within the NDIS sector.

In-depth understanding of NDIS compliance requirements.

Hands-on experience with PRODA and NDIS reporting processes.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
