  • Coordinate FM support for site onboarding/offboarding and stabilization activities.

  • Stakeholder & Site Leadership Partnership: act as a trusted operational partner to EMEA site leaders, providing guidance on facilities capabilities, constraints, and risk tradeoffs.

  • Support alignment between Global FM standards and local site execution, escalating structural gaps or constraints to the Director as needed.

  • Data, Reporting & Operational Insights: maintain accountability for FM data accuracy, including asset records, service performance metrics, and issue tracking.

  • Contribute to regional dashboards, reporting, and insights that inform portfolio‑level decisions and leadership reviews.

  • Scope & Decision Making: Execution accountability for EMEA FM operations across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
