You are a technically strong tax professional who can balance compliance and provision responsibilities while managing audits, notices, and strategic tax initiatives. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take ownership of delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality results.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Coordinate multi-state tax compliance, including apportionment and state-specific requirements

  • Support quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision calculations, including effective tax rate analysis and related adjustments

  • Manage and respond to tax audits, notices, and examinations across federal and state jurisdictions

  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and support tax position analysis

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and external stakeholders to support evolving business needs

YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred

  • 5–8+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting or public company experience

  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740 income tax accounting and financial reporting requirements

  • Experience supporting multi-entity, consolidated tax environments

  • Proven ability to manage tax audits, notices, and uncertain tax positions

  • Familiarity with SOX controls within the tax function
