Early Autism Services (EAS) is currently seeking a remote healthcare recruiter to fill a role within our growing team. EAS is a founder-owned company, providing proactive, personalized ABA therapy for children nationwide. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting to find the best qualified candidates for the state specific open positions. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years healthcare recruiting (remote) experience, preferably in a high volume / Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) position. 

Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role and drive our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. What will you do?

  • High volume full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/ RBTs) in a designated area. This includes screening candidates, interviewing, making offers, and follow up communication.
  • Work with operations, HR, and local teams to identify staffing needs.
  • Sourcing candidates using our (Applicant Tracking System ) job boards, social media and other resources.
  • Use ATS to track your candidates' activities and job postings.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years healthcare recruiting experience, with a strong preference for prior ABA recruiting
  • High volume recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Calendly, MONDAY.com, Smartsheet and ADP
  • Experience using multiple Applicant Tracking Systems
